Conçue pour 5 personnes, avec deux chambres, terrasse ombragée, et piscine commune, ping pong, trampoline...
Si vous voulez venir plus nombreux, vous pouvez louer notre mobilhome (pour quatre personnes) qui est sur une autre partie de notre terrain. Vous pouvez le voir sur http://mobilhome84.canalblog.com .
The house designed for 5 people, with two bedrooms, a terrace, and an access to common swimming pool, ping-pong, trampoline... You can also rent our mobilhome for 4 people if you want to come with an another family. You can see it on http://mobilhome84.canalblog.com .
Le supermarché le plus proche est à 2 kilomètres et les autres commerces (bar, banque, pharmacie...) à 3 km. La maison est située à 7 km. d’Orange (supermarchés, cinémas, office de tourisme, théâtre antique..), et 15 km d’Avignon. Il y a de nombreux endroits à visiter (Les baux de Provence, Gordes, Les ocres de Roussillon, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Le mont Ventoux). La mer est à 100 km et les meilleurs vins à quelques kilomètres...
Sylvie et Bruno Hildesheim ont entièrement rénové cette maison en 2010, et elle est équipée tout confort avec notamment lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, frigo-congélateur, connection à internet Wifi ou cable, possibilité de lit-bébé…
La surface-plancher totale de la maison est de 100 m².
Le prix est de 720 € la semaine.
En plus et si nécessaire la location de draps est possible à 5 € par lit, ainsi que celle des serviettes à 5€ le pack (1 grande, 1 petite, 1 pour la piscine). Le nettoyage en fin de séjour à 60 €. Le gaz butane et l'électricité sont fournis gratuitement, ainsi que l’eau chaude et froide.

The nearest supermarket is 2km and the other shops (café, bakery, bank...) is 3 km from the house.
The house is 7 km from Orange (Roman town with many shops, antique theater…) and 15 km from Avignon. You can visit many famous touristic places (Les Baux de Provence, Gordes, Les ocres de Roussillon, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Le mont Ventoux)... The sea is 100 km and the best wines just a few kilometers.
Sylvie and Bruno Hildesheim renovated the house in 2010, and it is equipped with all comforts, including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, internet connection, the possibility of having a cot...
The house’s total floor area is 100 m².
The price for the house is 720 € per week.
In addition you can rent sheets, towels, the cleaning after stay.
Butane gas, electricity are provided for free, as well as cold and hot water.

Vous arriverez par une petite route de campagne, au milieu des vignes environnantes. C’est le pays du vin et du soleil.
You will arrive by a small road. In the middle of the vineyard. It’s the country of sun and wine.
Voici la pièce principale (salon et salle à manger) qui fait 35m², elle donne sur la cuisine et elle a une porte-fenêtre qui ouvre sur le jardin. Dans le salon, il y a un piano d’étude pour ceux qui veulent faire de la musique, un divan, deux fauteuils et une table basse.
Here is living room and dining room of 35 m². They have access to the kitchen and french windows open to the outside.
In ling room, there is a piano from musicians and a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table.
Voici la cuisine de 11 m², avec évier en marbre, grande plaque au gaz butane et four électrique à chaleur tournante, lave vaisselle, lave linge (miele), frigo avec compartiment congélateur.
Here is the kitchen of 11 m², with marble sink, butane gas and oven, with the washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment.
Le salon donne directement sur le jardin avec des chênes centenaires, des meubles de jardin et une piscine hors-sol de 9m x 4.50 m, et la table de ping pong et le trampoline. Les locatires de notre mobilhome voisin peuvent aussi de la piscine sur certains horaires pour ne pas vous gener.
The living room is open to the garden with old oak , garden furniture and above-ground swimming pool 9m x 4.50 m. It's new in 2015 : ping-pong table and trampoline
Our neighboring mobilhome tenant can go to the swimming pool during this time 10-12 a.m and 3-7 p.m.
